Delivery Times- UK

If your order is processed before 1pm we aim to despatch your order on the same day otherwise it will be the following day. We will advise you once your order has been despatched.

Shipping time is 2-3 working days (working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays.

All orders are sent by 1^st Class Royal Mail Post. If your purchase is £75 or more (not including discounts/promotions offers) then delivery is FREE*

For next day and Saturday deliveries, a signature may be required. Please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.

Collecting from our Store

You may collect your order from our Newbury store for FREE. During checkout, select the option for COLLECT. We will issue you with an order email confirmation. On collection, please ensure that you bring a copy of the order confirmation email, this will be your proof of purchase.

Item out of stock

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified of the delay. You will be charged ONLY once for delivery, should subsequent items be out of stock. We will notify you by email once your order has been despatched.

Discount/Promotion/Gift Vouchers

Your discount/promotion/gift voucher code has to be entered in the box which states 'VOUCHERS' within the order summary section. Only one discount/promotion/gift code can be used per order. Please check the discount/promotion/gift voucher's terms and conditions, as each vary.

Overseas Charges

Please note that for deliveries to countries outside the EU you may be charged import duty and/or tax which must be paid before delivery. Before your order can be delivered your customs authority will contact you if duty is payable. For specific charges please contact your local customs authority.

Availability

All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide only. Dimensions and weights are only approximate, as are colours. If you are ordering goods that are out of stock we will dispatch them when they are received from our supplier.

On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. As such, delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition. If you wish us to give you a quote for this please send us an e-mail, otherwise return the goods to:

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition within 14 working days along with the original receipt.

We suggest for your own protection you use 1^st class registered post.

Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.

We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event of the item being faulty, please contact us in the first instance. We will be happy to exchange or refund the goods. The items should be returned to us in secure packaging with a copy of your despatch note. Only Goods in their original packaging will be credited We will cover all costs for postage once this confirmed. Once your return has been received we will notify you by email. We will endeavour to reimburse your card immediately.

SagePay

When you shop with us, our secure server encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card information. We use SagePay which are an industry leader in secure internet transactions. SagePay are used by thousands of other UK businesses for transaction security.

All transaction information passed between our website and the SagePay Payment System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and all messages from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to SagePay can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Once on the SagePay system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

SagePay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.

No individuals within our company or SagePay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your card information is secure even from their own employees because the systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
